Super cold on eyes
Very good quality, but mask gets way to cold for your eyes. Directions say 2hrs in freezer, but if you do that you are unable to put on your eyes. I will just use from fridge, but just disappointed because will not stay cold as long. If I could use as was described, it would be an easy 5 star. Still a good product though. Price was fair as well. I think this one should last way longer then those other cheap jell eye masks

Soothing
Love this, it gently molds to the eye area. You can use it warm or cold. Fits well around my head with the Velcro strap.

Not very soft on the face
This is not very pliable and rested weird on my face. Will be using as first aid cool pack (leaving it in the freezer until needed)

I believe the manufacturer needs to work on cold/ heat, it doesn’t last at either temp for long
I used as a cold compress on my eyes after surgery, it only stayed cold for 10/12 minutes. Easy to.use and close to comfortable

Dont buy
Plastic on the outside is rigid and uncomfortable when worn. Fit is odd around the nose so that the cooling surface does not touch my under eye skin as I was hoping. Warms up quickly

Works the best for my migraine headaches
Love this Gel Eye Mask!! I suffer from migraine headaches and this so far is the best one I have ever purchased. It's not stiff and I can actually tolerate this on for a long time without feeling like my eyeballs are going to be frozen solid!!!❤
