I bought this for my seven-year-old and honestly it works way too well. It is so bright but lights of the whole room and she has a lot of trouble going to sleep. The different options for projection are beautiful, but again, just way too bright !Returning!

My grandson lives this in his bedroom. One great function is that you can keep it one color or add stars ⭐️ or have the it change continuously. And with the Bluetooth he can listen to his music. I ended up purchasing another one for one of my other grandsons.

Nice small "ball" LED alarm clock with starry night visual effects. This clock is functional providing time and an alarm function that is intended to probably be on a night stand. It has the added feature of colored swirling lights and what appears to try and emulate stars in the night sky. The stars are somewhat in a square "grid" pattern, so it tends to look a little artificial. The housing is made of plastic and probably would not take very well to being knocked off a night stand. This doesn't come with any power sources, which would include batteries for the remote control or a 5V USB supply for the clock/lights, (maybe they figure everyone has enough 5VDC power supplies laying around that they would not include another).I think this might be well matched to a target audience from 4 or 5 years old and up. Great for those who might have trouble falling asleep and need a little distraction.So maybe with some of it's shortcomings, a price closer to $25 or $30 would be more appropriate than the current price of $40

Man does he like this galaxy projector SO much more than just a rotating star projector. All I hear from him when I put him to bed now is a mystified "wow! what's that!" or "ooOOoo! What's that!"I use a white noise nightlight (all night to block out outside noises), star projector (30 minutes), and Alexa plays lullabies on an echo dot (30 minutes) in my son's room. I know, it sounds real complicated and I hate myself for ever introducing these things, but it works to get him to sleep. I thought this would be an excellent option to replace the white noise machine and the star projector. It didn't really do that because it's not actually white noise, but it DOES replace the echo dot lullabies (sorry Amazon) and star projector! 2 devices with the same timer in one; that's still a win for me!

I was surprised at the quality of the projection up on the ceiling and walls. The set-up of the clock is pretty easy. The remote can be used to set the clock time and control the lighting functions. There is no need to use the buttons on the bottom of the clock, unless the remote is not available.The description says it has: "20 different white noise provide you with the sound of the forest and enter into a sweet dreamland in the sleepless night"Well, I never heard "the sound of the forest" but I did hear twenty different Christmas/child melodies...NOT my definition of white noise. This is one feature we will not be using. I wish it did have white noise, like rain.There is the ability to adjust the brightness of the display (the clock display), but not of the actual projection. I wish we could dim the projection a little since it is very bright. It really lights up the room!Overall it is a nice unit.

Super cool projection clock. While I think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is, it does have a bunch of cool features. It’s an alarm clock, projector, and noise machine. It also has a remote which is convenient. I really like that you can select the screen brightness on the clock, and can even turn it off completely if you want. It has multiple alarms and has batteries and is rechargeable so it can be charged and used away from home. The projection feature is super cool and has multiple patterns/colors, it has a timer, and a white noise button. So many cool features - Im very happy with it! .
