Epicatechin is a flavonoid that comes from the cacao tree. It is a natural ingredient commonly found in dark chocolate. It is known to be used in the bodybuilding community for muscle growth and strength. Epicatechin also has the benefit to increase muscle endurance, while preventing the muscles from growing too large, too quickly.
