I'll be honest, I use RDX Ankle Straps mostly for Y Raises for delts, rather than for cable kickbacks.They really do feel heavy duty, and not flimsy or weak at all like some other straps I've owned in the past. I like how the D-Rings are large and durable as well.

Very decent quality easy to use
This Lego sprites work well on the equipment at my local gym. They're easy to put on easy to take off and simply easy to use. The quality was better than expected and they have added a much needed assistance to my workout.

Too large to use on wrists.
Bout this for wrist cuff. It's too large for that. I suppose there are people out there with 10" wrists but I'm not one of them.

Great cuffs
I've tried a few different ankle straps, but these are the best. Comfortable and seem to be well made. The only downside is they are sold EACH despite all the photos showing a pair of them!
