Handy and Compact item!!!
My Windows 7 laptop cannot connect to the internet anymore. Instead of paying someone to fix the internet card, I decided to buy this portable dual band wireless USB thing. It is a plug an play item. My Windows 7 recognized it quickly and it connects to the internet. This product is very handy and almost invisible due to its compact design. Great idea unstable device.
Unfortunately, I have been experiencing issues where I'm connected to my wireless network and all of a sudden the connection drops. :( This is quite disappointing as I'm trying to download files or just connect to the internet and it just continues to fail over and over. I thought it was my computer at first but tried the Wireless USB on another device and same issues.

Build quality needs upped.
Worked for 3 Months and suddenly only works if it's plugged in a certain way. The Product works but it's materials make it difficult to keep it alive.

It seems like the 5G wireless network is not stable
Hi,I was so excited to plugin the USB wireless adapter, unfortunately, when I used the 5G network, it has been on and off, not stable at all, I don't have this issue at all when I switch it to the 2.4G network. I checked the driver, which says it is the latest already, so I will need to contact tech support and complain.
