Quantity of 3 - LR41 battery
Looks good for task of showing tent lines at night. There were 2 of them that were turned on in package on arrival. Still have some battery life remaining but I think the guys at Amazon turn them on when shipping. Hard for them to turn themselves on during shipping due to being attached to backing sheet. Intentionally turn-on from somewhere in supply chain... States "4+ days of glow" so turn on happen during packaging as shipment time was about 4-5 days... Looks to be nice units though, with o-ring for watertight usage. Electronics assembly might be a bit delicate so be careful changing batteries.

They work well.
I know a lot of people use disposable glow sticks and pool noodles so I am hoping these will last and be more environmentally friendly. I purchased extra batteries because of reviews. I only use them if I am up for tripping and turn them off at night so I am hoping the batteries last.

Incorrect packaging but they do the trick
These tent brightz do the trick of visually helping folks to see the guy line. They are not for bright illumination…just a warning sign, which is what I wanted. Please note. Both the packaging and the Amazon description are wrong about the battery size. They each take three LR41 button batteries.

Great Idea
I bought these for my son for summer camp, so he hasn't used them yet. Please note it states that these take CR2032 replacement batteries, THEY DO NOT. They take CR927 batteries. Also, the package states they take 2 batteries but each take 3. My son leaves for camp on Sunday so I will edit my review on durability and how well they work when he is home.

Plastic Clips are easily broken
These little lights are great, they put off just enough "glow" that it makes the line visible for those who are at least trying to pay attention for guy-lines. I only used mine for 2 nights but did not notice any difference in light output from the beginning of the first night to the end of the 2nd night. However, the point of failure here is the cheap plastic clips which are used to hold these on. It's very simply a plastic gap which can be used to attach these, and additionally it's 2 different kinds of plastic for the top vs the bottom. 1 of these plastics is much weaker and it broke on 1 of the 4 for the first use on normal Coleman string for a rain fly. I could tell after putting the first one on that I was going to have to be gentle with the rest of them but it still failed and broke. A better mechanism would be some form of clamp or clip which you can apply pressure on the line with. I've thought about exchanging them for a new set but in the end I'll likely just end up using the wire ties which came with the set to attach it moving forward. They are only going to get about 5-6 good uses throughout a year for me anyway.Summary: A great middle ground from using glowsticks, which for me are generally too bright to start and don't last long enough. A lot easier to maintain than glowsticks since I don't have to replace them nightly, and the batteries are easy enough to carry spares of. I do feel bad giving this the rating I am since there are so few reviews, this product has the potential to be amazing but just because those clips are so easily broken I have to score it down.

Doesnt work like you think it would
I bought these for a campout where a number of us would be setting up tents. Having done this a few times, I know that its pretty easy to find yourself tripping on the rainfly cords you spike down. So, I saw these and thought it was a cool idea. They are super hard to remove from the packaging...I broke two of them in my attempt. Then, the light was weak. Finally, for me, I found that in heavy rain they didnt hold up. At this price point you can definitely give them a whirl..I just encourage you ot lower your expectations

not bright enough
The media could not be loaded. tested one and it wasn't bright enough. later that day, tried to turn on that same one and it wouldn't go on at all. seems to have drained for a short moment or that battery was already drained upon arrival. tried to turn on the others and so far I have only 2 out of 4 that the lights would go on. not sure if I got these defective or their battery is short lived. not ideal if you go camping for days and what that to last for the entire trip.

Simple safety
Easy to attach and it prevented the camper next to me from tripping over my tie downs.
