The real 00...
I make pizza. A lot. Seriously. Once a week in my outdoor fire pizza oven. The right ingredients make all the difference.I've seen some reviews say that this isn't the authentic flour, but I disagree. It matches exactly the flour I used to purchase at a local Italian store. While I don't love that it is repackaged, the quality is there. It's the right flour for the job.I've ordered this several times with no issues, no problems with quality. The end result has always been a delicious pizza crust. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with this.

Makes great Pizza
You will taste the difference in your pizza.I make this and leave on the counter for 2 days and the pizza is out of this world. It gives a little sour taste. Worth getting this flour. We keep this in our frig, as we have two so it stays in the other that doesn't have all things in it so the smells don't transfer.

A must for neopolitan pizza
When I bought my Ooni kotaI three years ago I started using this flour to make neopolitan pizza dough. If you enjoy authentic neopolitan pizza, you will need to purchase this flour which is 00 with a w rate 280 to 330 or a similar flour. I have attached photos to illustrate how my pizzas look when completed (Sorry no margarita pizza photos).

Good..quick and delicious
I ordered this item once before and really liked it. It was delivered quickly. It has a nice flavor when you allow this type of flour/dough ferment...I'm definitely going to keep ordering it.

I'm just darn glad.
I think I reviewed this product once, but the smaller package was what I had ordered. I'm tossing my 2 cents in again for those unlucky enough to be gluten sensitive. I make bread for my DH with this flour, as the GF bread is awful, too expensive, and gets old really fast. Remarkably, he can eat bread made with this Italian flour with no problems. I don't know why, I'm not asking any questions. I'm just darn glad.
