This review reflects my experience not the quality of the product, which I believe is quite good. I often have paradoxical reaction to various drugs as well as all natural supplements. Rather than calm me down Enlifta gave me horrible insomnia--restless each of the three nights I tried it. So, if you too have experience with a paradoxical effect from various things you may want to save your money and your nerves.

Gave this product a try. It is a new product from the same makers of Enlifta Depression. This helped with my anxiety within a week or so. I am much more relaxed and sleeping much better. My wife has noticed how much more relaxed I am.

While looking for an all natural alternative for my son's anxiety I stumbled upon enlifta. I bought it in hopes that it would help ease his stress throughout his busy college days.
