EDIT: What I said in the original review is still true, that stands. But the folks at EBBO went out of their way to make it right, first offering me a refund (which I declined) and a free 5-pack of ink (which I accepted). They asked me to revisit this review, and I agreed to do so. Because of their quick and excellent response, I changed the rating. I will keep an eye on how the refills work in the future, but I also understand that, sometimes, things just happen.-----------------------------------------------This ink is a mixed bag. On the one hand, this ink seemed to solve a problem that I was having with my printer when I was using different ink. The quality really improved when I used the entire set of EBBO ink instead of the other brand I was using.On the other hand, though, when I opened the larger black ink cartridge, ink gushed out all over my fingers and on the to the paper towel that I luckily had positioned under the cartridge. I guess I expect a little bit of ink to trickle out, but certainly not this much.Maybe I was just unlucky with this particular cartridge, but I'll be keeping a very close eye on these cartridges when I replace them in the future (I bought a 10-pack). Hope the next group doesn't leak, because I do like their performance.

I've used this ink, the 10 pack EBBO which is compatible with my Canon MG 6620, for over a year now. That's 3 sets of ink, and not a single problem with any of them. Of course, I take all precautionary measures with ANY inked item I open, but these have never leaked or spat out ink upon removal of plastic & tabs, etc, nor during removal or insertion.I've found these to work as well as any other brand label ink, of which I wasted GOBS of money on, for YEARS. Thankfully, five years ago, I started using alternative options, as I could actually BUY a new printer should something go amiss with the generic kinds of inks, and it would STILL be less expensive that buying name brand HP or Canon INK!!! How weird is that?It's actually a sort of business model similar to 'The Church of Apple", lol, based on false demand and continued replacement! Think about it! How many of us can say we've never dropped, broken, and/or replaced our iPhone at least once; and for most of us, it's been done MORE THAN THREE TIMES! Heck all you have to do is L-O-O-K at the iPhone wrong, and it cracks!ANYHOO! Great Ink, you won't be disappointed in packaging, quality of cartridges, quality of the ink itself, and length of time it lasts (which varies for us all as it is based on specific work done with your Copier). I say Try It!

Delivery was fast. Product is very well packaged with ink cartridges sealed in individual packages. The protective plastic clip on each cartridge is well fastened and substantial. The two cartridges I installed were immediately recognized by my Canon printer. Haven't printed yet, but like what I see so far. Looks like a quality product.

I have ordered this set from EBBO several times and am never disappointed. The cartridges last long -- in fact they survived a move from LA to KS and no use for 5 months. When i finally got the printer set up the cartridges were as good as new!

These ink cartridges work in my MG6821. I had used another brand and re ordered, but the cartridges I received did not work, wasted my money. Use this supplier EBBO if you have a Canon MG6821 this printer.

Great purchase! I have noticed no quality differences between this and Canon brand ink for my Canon Pixma and the price for this ink is way more affordable. Will definitely be going with this next time I need ink refills.

Works with my Canon Pixma TS5020 with no issue connecting. The printer thinks it's a real Canon cartridge. Once one of the Ebbo ink cartridges came loose and popped up, but once I reconnected it again I haven't had a problem since. Ink looks good on paper with no streaks or inconsistencies.

I like them ok. The printing seems to come out fine most of the time. The last batch I got though were not as good. One of them I couldn't use because my printer rejected it. I did buy this again and they all worked. colors may not be quite as bright but I haven't bought the brand name in a long time to compare.
