I, no longer, experience neuropathy in my feet. This usually happened while sitting for period time.

"ABSOLUTE PURITY – ZERO SYNTHETIC ADDITIVES, FILLERS, HEAVY METALS, CONTAMINANTS." That's what Crystal Peaks Nutrition says about their Ultra Premium Neuropathy Care. I assume that means that, since alpha lipoic acid is the only active ingredient listed, along with natural rice flour and a vegetable capsule, those are the only substances in these capsules. That's great, but as a person newly diagnosed with celiac disease, I am still learning to read nutrition labels to find hidden gluten lurking in unexpected places like vitamins and supplements. I wish Crystal Peaks would say more explicitly that this product is gluten-free--assuming it is. This is especially relevant here because neuropathy is a common celiac symptom, and the reason I am taking this supplement.By the way, another reviewer says that this supplement is manufactured in a facility that also processes "milk, soy, wheat egg [sic], peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and crustaceans shellfish [sic]". I'm not sure where they are getting that rather dubious 'information', because it does not appear here in this product's Amazon listing, nor on the company's own website. If that were true, this product could not be considered to be 'gluten-free'. To the contrary, this company touts the purity of its products, as they are manufactured in an ISO-certified third-party facility and backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee! Of course, that same reviewer refers to this product as being a "gelatin-coated supplement", which it is not. As a consumer, it's important to watch out for such inaccuracies in reviews, no matter how well-intended.Back to my own experience: I have been taking this stuff daily for about two and a half weeks, and I can't really say I have noticed any reduction of symptoms at all. It might be too early to feel a difference, though, so I will continue to take it with the hope that there will be clear and observable improvement in the tingling sensations and numbness in my hands and fingers. In the meantime, I can say I haven't had any obvious side effects or other troubles taking this product. I like that the suggested dosage is only one normal-sized capsule that is easy to swallow--quite a contrast from many other supplements. Since this product is pretty affordable, I do recommend it to anybody suffering with neuropathy symptoms to see if it can help. I take this supplement daily for mild diabetic neuropathy. It works for me by diminishing the symptoms greatly.
