Supervision in the Hospitality Industry

Came in a timely fashion, condition as indicated. It is a good textbook and just what I needed for my business.

Even though, it was a used book the pages almost looked brand new and there's no writing/highlighting. Minus -the minimal wear of scratches on the front and back book of the cover. Overall, I'm satisfied with my book.

Good book for that class.

The book apparently has all the pages and it's fine. The only problem is that it came pretty dirty. It seems like someone cooked or ate an entire meal while reading the book. Some pages are kinda gross. but the majority of it is fine. I know it is only a rental book and I did not buy it to keep it, but I had some friends renting the same book and theirs were fine.
