However after 7-8 there is a decrease in speed. However, those first 7-8 races show time deviations, with a properly tuned car, less than .002 seconds per race. Krytox® can be mixed with virtually all types of solvents without deteriorating. That is the beauty of this product. Mix with a little of 90/10 alcohol and have one of the fastest lubes out there. YES...... This is the secret sauce of all those other guys out there. Even the green "wintergreen" smelling lube. The 3rd ingredient is water! Doh! So Sorry! I tell all. Add 10-12 drops of this to 1/2 fluid oz of alcohol. Shake very well to the point that you make it seem like a homogenous solution. Add a drop to each wheel prior to racing, and spank the socks off them! This lube is best utilized with the highest grit you can possibly polish to. Both axle and Wheel. I suggest 12000 grit or higher. DO NOT ADD GRAPHTIE, MOLY, Or Tungsten. The dry lube will gum up the viscosity of the solvent, thus increasing friction! 1/8 fluid oz volume is enough to last many seasons because you only use 1 drop per axle. 1/8 fluid ounce = 3.7mL. This is half of the industry standard packing size. Hence the cheaper price. Price an oiler if you think this is expensive. We offer 1/4 oz for those that need more. This lube will evaporate in a few days. Be sure to lube car about no later than 48 hours before race day.
