Practical Steps to take
I enjoyed reading this book even though it took me over a year. I started reading it last year and became distracted, I think it just wasn't the right time for the message to resonate with me. I began reading again as I was contemplating leaving a job which left me feeling overwhelmed and unhappy. Reading through the book helped me deal with the fear that was holding me back from making a decision to improve my quality of life. My scarcity mindset was controlling the stories I told myself about what might happen if I left. Being able to see this for what it was helped me to make a good decision based not on fear but on trust instead.

Like having a wise and reassuring friend on hand any time
Bruce has a warm and inspiring tone that permeates this book and gives you confidence to give worrying a miss. Having this book on hand is a great addition to listening to Bruce's brilliant Life is a Marathon podcast, as you can pick it up any time worry strikes!Easy to read and reassuring, I recommend this book clear and acionable wisdom.

Simple, short and nails it perfectly. Not just for serial worriers!
Thank you Bruce, I'm not a serial worrier, I read this book to see if I could help others that do worry. But, I've learnt I do worry, not much, and this book has given me simple ways to rethink the worrying for myself and to help others.
