I usually take Vitamin C, especially in winter to help keep flu season at bay. My wife is a homeopath and had suggested I try a Vitamin C with rutin because of the idea of it helping with Vitamin C intake. Very happy to boost my Vitamin C levels, so far so good. Extra bonus that it is such a pure product, and although I am not vegan I guess it is a bonus that it is vegan friendly too.
