worked fine for a week
Not happy, threw it into the trash. the Video quit. However, while it was working, Netflix worked ok with it where a Remix did not because not enough memory. This one worked but too cheap and failed, wasted time.

Is this supposed to be a new item?
Item arrived in a timely manner, however, it came packaged in a ziplock bag with some sort of sticky substance on some components. I didn’t even touch anything. It’s going straight back. At the price and by the pics posted with description, this item is represented as being new. Disappointing

Never worked correctly . Would blink on and off very annoying and then it burned itself out does not come on at all now. Don't waste your money. Only like 2 weeks old never work right from the beginning.

Higher end system, head and shoulders above others.
I had an issue with this box when I used it a short amount of time. I contacted the seller for a return. They got in contact with me via email and we very helpful in troubleshooting and resolving the issue to my satisfaction.The system itself has very good hardware, probably the second best on the market as of this writing. As with all things technical, there is always something more powerful (for a price) like 5 minutes after you buy something. You won't be disappointed in the performance. USB 3.0, 5Ghz wireless is strong, playback and response times are exemplary. The interface is decent, you're probably buying this for KODI anyway, which is preloaded and your going to customize that to your liking. The base interface is just a glorified launcher or switchboard, but they all are. The bottom line is, the interface is simple to use and clean (in English.)The keyboard is nice for searching, much better than the standard remote (also included) but it's a little clunky and I have not found any way to turn the system off from the keyboard remote, only (not a big deal.) Also, the two USB ports are temperamental to which one likes the keyboard dongle. I have read online, this goes for updating via usb stick, also. Just mark the one that likes the remote and problem solved. Just a heads up.***EDIT***I have had this for several months now. Initially there were a lot of problems and it simply didn't work right. Like I said, the seller was very accommodating. The USB port issue mentioned above was one fix, but I threw out the keyboard and dongle that came with it and got a different keyboard remote. I never had an issue after that. There is a link to the one I got, if anyone is looking for one. I have only small complaints about it. Well, really only one. The plug in to the wall that goes into the Android box doesn't work anymore after less then a month of owning it. Will update my review once get contacted for support for new charger.

Dont buy faulty HDMI input issue!!!
After looking at the specs of this device and reading some of the comments, I decided to buy this device rather than the Fire Tv. Boy an I regretting that decision!The device powered up and worked for the few hours that I was watching some video. I turned off the device and went to buy. I woke up and decided to watch some videos. Press the power button and nothing. I unplugged and the replugged the device and nothing. It kept saying no signal. I tried two other cables plus another tv ans still the same. Read online that I should reset the box using the pin hole. Box came up and in the middle of a show went blank again. After several factory reset I found a forum that suggests that I have a faulty device. I know that I could RMA the device however I would have to shop back to the USA and pay local customs for the exchange device. I'll have to write off this as a loss.
