Great concept poor results
Hi Ms. Carol,Sure am glad you reached out to me!Received the projector complete and packaged well. The unit started up just fine in my home for a quick test on my great room wall. I then moved it to its permanent location….our church has a fellowship hall where we entertain grade school children once a month with our full AV setup.I finally got the new projector and all of the new audio equipment configured about three weeks ago and we showed a movie with the new setup.Results:Runs much cooler than our aging Panasonic unit that used the older design projection bulb – AWESOME.Ease of setup and features – AWESOMEBrightness – Your unit is rated at 300 lumens brighter than our old unit but in actual use it’s not nearly as bright as the aging Panasonic - DisappointingFocus – It’s sort of a rounded tunnel vision where the center is very clear but the outer edges, especially the upper right is very blurry like it’s out of focus – UnacceptableUsing the controls whether direct on the unit or remotely for things such as focus – shows numbers going up and down but “NO” change in the picture quality whatsoever. Brightness control just washes out the picture without actually getting any brighter.So, how can you help us out here???Thank you so much for your attention to this matter,Mr. M

Perfect for my lifestyle
We bought this projector to replace our portable one after the lamp went dead. For the price this Projector fits the bill perfectly!!! This is a wonderful upgrade from our portable projector. This projector gets used with Apple TV, Nintendo, SuperNES Classic, XBOX, DVD Player, and mirror from many devices with absolutely no problems after configuration. Very versatile and quiet machine. Oh and we also use an external pillar speaker to increase the sound of the built in speaker. We project on a white painted wall and the image is great, focus is excellent, heat is low, fans are quiet and just a great projector for the price.

Loss brightness after 16hrs of use.
Perfect At first, but after 16hrs of use for church service the brightness start to dim. Its not useful in daytime or outdoor location. At nightime is 6/10.

Seems great at first
We bought this projector exactly 1 year and 1 week ago. The picture blacks out for up to 10 minutes at a time and sometimes multiple times during a movie. Now it is out of warranty.

Hard to hook up, finally had to return.

Great projector
We've been using a projector instead of a TV or other screen device since 2004. The tech has been advancing, particularly in the lumens department, and this is finally the projector that really does everything we need. The image size is actually larger than we need, the brightness is more than we need, and the image is really crisp. We had a small issue (it needed a firmware update) and customer support wrote us back right away with clear instructions and a fix that worked immediately. (They definitely read my email because unique details were included in the response--I appreciated that!) Overall, great projector that I would recommend to anyone for a home theater.
