Dish Soap Dispenser (Patented) Kitchen Countertop Organizer with Storage Plate for Sponges

So far so good! I have only had it a few days but I LOVE the concept! I love that I do not have an unsightly bottle sitting on my sink. I must explain as well that I buy a huge jug of dish soap at Sam's Club so I just refill a bottle because there is definitley no room or wanting to have a HUGE dish soap jug on the counter. My sink area looks sleek and clean now. It is so easy to use and I do not have to worry about soap all over, under the bottle etc. I have not had any leaking and am hoping those are just a few isolated cases. I will report back if any issue. At this point I am VERY happy with this purchase. Clean and cool!

Very cute space saving delivery was as expected. Now the product review the soap slowly seeps through the edges bottom front and bottom half. I am using Dawn soap no water added. So i dont understand why this is happening? Poor design? Could be. Poorly made? Could be. But this defeats the purpose of dish soap dispenser. Oh it despenses through the wrong areas.

It immediately began to leak. But not in a puddle underneath. There is a seam that runs all the way around the base of it (which you can see in the photo) and the dish soap just oozes out a little at a time, hardens, and turns into sticky goo. I didn't notice it at first, I was using clear dish detergent and it was leaking only at the back. I contacted the seller, who politely and quickly sent me another one and didn't ask me to send back the first one. They were very nice and apologetic. But eventually the replacement has also started to leak, getting worse and worse as time goes by. It's just not a good design. It needs to be one solid piece, or have a better rubber gasket. The button that dispenses the soap is "stiff," so you have to press pretty hard and it puts a lot of pressure on the base of the unit, which I think is the problem. I'm still using it for the time being, but will replace it eventually with a motion sensor dispenser.

Like so many others, my unit leaks along the seam. It is past my return date. The idea is great but quality control is apparently lacking.

As others have experienced, my soap dispenser leaked from the seams after filling. It was a slow leak, so paper towel underneath the unit prevented a mess. I was trying to figure out if I should just send it back or contact the seller, when the seller contacted me to ask how I liked it (really just to try to solicit a positive review from me if I did - you know how this works). I mentioned it was leaking and they said they would replace it if I sent them a picture (can't trust everyone - you know how that works). I received the new dispenser in a few days and sure enough it doesn't leak. They did not require me to send the old one back which was nice. It was a good customer service experience, but it was less convenient than getting one that worked the first time.The product itself is great. A counter-top pump dispenser requires one hand to pump, and the other to hold under the spout to catch the soap. I was looking for a one-handed method of dispensing soap, and I didn't want to fuss with the batteries in an electronic one. It's really a good design, a combination soap dispenser and sponge holder. It isn't really a big deal to use the soap to wash your hands, just press down with your fingers instead of a sponge.

I heard about this product from a friend of mine, I got one for my mom and she absolutely loves it! It works great, It's clean, it is easy to clean and the amount of soap that it dispensed is perfect! And it looks really neat, which is always a good thing when you have things on your counter. Highly recommended.

At first, I thought it was a great idea - sponge holder PLUS soap dispenser in one. Then after just a few weeks, it started to leak from the middle "button" so the sponge just sits in a pool of liquid soap, so can't use it for anything anymore - sadly had to go in the trash since the seller has disappeared and doesn't return emails anymore.

First one was defective and leaked but I sent it back and the new one works as advertised. It's a little tricky getting used to the soap coming up from the bottom. It uses more soap than I expected. But it's still better than the conventional pump dispensers.
