... and while the look and feel of it is awesome, it's beginning to show some issues
I'm a little past a year using this keyboard and while the look and feel of it is awesome, it's beginning to show some issues. Frequently, key strokes for certain keys either don't register or register twice. Sometimes I have to hit a key three or four times before it is recognized. Other times I barely hit a key and it registers twice. I'm not sure if this is a key issue or a transmission issue but either way, it's becoming a problem and rebooting (by unplugging) the keyboard does not fix the problem. I feel like for the cost of this keyboard, it should give me more than 10-12 months of quality service. As I said, this thing looks great, feels great and is definitely of solid construction. And it gave me great service for at least ten months. Some caveats (but not necessarily anything wrong with the laptop):I find the keyboard a little too small. If you have big hands or are used to a larger keyboard, then this will take some getting used to. A year+ of use and I'm still making fairly frequent typos simply due to the key and keyboard size. I wish it was just a tad bigger.I think the lights are useless. They're extremely bright (can be dimmed, I know) and only backlight the keys. I've never actually used the keyboard with the lights on (but I did not buy it for the lights - just thought others would like to know).

Unusable due to backlight glare
Why on Earth would you have a backlight on a keyboard with opaque keys? All it does is cause a useless glare around the keys that makes them even harder to read. The box says Blue switches but they are indeed white. Blue would have been better. Very mushy feel, not much tactile feedback. I'm old enough to have actually used typewriters, a lot, and these does not feel anything like those, which had a very solid mechanical thunk that you felt in your fingers. Even electric ones had a clearly perceptible actuation.Solidly built. I like the aluminum base and being waterproof is a killer design feature. That plus the raised keys makes easy cleaning. But the opaque keycap/backlight combination is so atrociously bad that I'm sending it back. It is just unusable.

Comfortable to use and incredibly stylish
Delightfully retro, this keyboard has become the centerpiece of my desk. The keyboard itself is heavy, the aluminum is solid, and the led lighting behind the keys can be set to different patterns - currently mine only lights up the led attached to the key pressed, but you can apply multiple preset patterns. Comfortable to use and incredibly stylish, I plan to order another for my home office. The keys are easy to activate, and give satisfying resistance when struck. Highly recommended!

This keyboard is sturdy, and it has the satisfying clacks that you expect from a mechanical keyboard. The LED lights are somewhat annoying, but those can be switched off with ease. All in all, I really enjoy this keyboard and think it is well worth the cost.

Not a long term performer
I've had this keyboard for about a year or so and like other reviewers, I agree with some of their positive outlooks. It looks nice and though the round keys are a bit awkward at first, you get used to them pretty quick. That's where it ends for me.I use this keyboard mainly for work. It's plugged into a USB 2.0 port on my Dell Latitude (2018).1) Every morning I need to unplug then re-plug the keyboard because it has stopped working overnight.2) It then proceeds to drop keystrokes while I type. So the sentence "The quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" might appear as "The q fox jumped over the lazy dog"3) It will suddenly repeat keys while tttttttttttttttttyng (note this happened as I typed this line)4) It will just stop working while typing forcing an unplug and re-plugI do not know know if it's a firmware issue or what, but I do know that in the next month I will be replacing it.

Nice Keyboard, but Paint is Wearing Off
I really love using this keyboard. It's solid, doesn't slide around, and adjusting to this style of keys has not been difficult. However, I wish I could give this 5 stars. I've only had this keyboard for a couple of weeks now, and some of the white paint on the letters is starting to wear off! The "s" and "f" keys in particular now look faded from the others. It seems that the white paint is pretty cheap and wears off quickly. It's nice that the keys are rated to so many million keystrokes, but it appears that the paint won't last more than a couple months since it's already wearing off after a couple weeks. Other than that, I love this keyboard, I just feel a little ripped off that the paint is disappearing so quickly.

Great idea not so great execution
When I first saw this keyboard I thought it was the coolest keyboard ever and purchased it impulsively. The round keycaps are super cool but it's about the only reason to get this keyboard.Typing on these round keys does take some getting used to but it's not too bad after a few days of usage. The backlight kind of suck cuz it doesn't shine through the keys at all. They should somehow make the light shine through the fonts rather than having the lights randomly reflecting off the chrome parts of the keys (see photo attached). It kind of make me feel like the whole keyboard was simply "Frankensteined" together with a regular backlit mechanical keyboard base and popping on typewriter keycaps. Besides the keys this keyboard have practically no design to it. Upon further examination of the keyboard itself, it is rather cheap feeling. The sides and bottom seem to be made of aluminum but the top plate might be plastic. I say "might" because it's cool to the touch indicating it's probably aluminum but it just looks plasticy. This keyboard uses white Kailh switches. I don't know what white switches are but they feel similar to Cherry Blue where it is clicky. This keyboard cost me more than $100 it's not cheap by any means and sadly the novelty wore off pretty quickly. For such an expensive keyboard I would expect a little bit more design, backlight that actually works and more attention to details. There is a small unpainted part on the side of the keyboard (see photo) which isn't a big deal but it’s an eyesore to me.Overall, for a $100+ keyboard, I don't think the value is there.

immer noch froh, es gekauft zu haben
Es funktioniert und ist ein Hingucker. Man muss nicht draufhauen und hat dennoch etwas Widerstand beim Tippen. Genau richtig. Alles toll.
