Natural Sleep Aid Estrella PM Physician Formulated

I love this product! I first used it because I got a free sample at a fun run I did.I took it one night when I was having a hard time clearing the stress from my mind. Not only did it help me fall asleep, but I slept soundly, AND I woke up the next day and didn’t feel groggy!I bought more to take on my honeymoon, which I spent 2 weeks sleeping in a Campervan. I took it every night and slept like a baby. One night I forgot to take it at first and I could feel the difference, I could feel the uncomfortableness of the bed in the camper and I heard every noise outside. Once I took the pill, I went straight to sleep.It says to take an hour before bed, but I feel it almost right away. You can fight it without feeling groggy still, you’ll just feel relaxed.I definitely recommend!

Puts me out to beautiful restful natural sleep!

I've been taking Estrella PM for three years now and it not only helps me fall asleep but stay asleep. I committed to making sure I get eight hours of sleep a night a number of years ago and this supplement has been a key tool to helping me do that. I wake up and feel refreshed, not drugged. Definitely recommend.

I must say since taking them my sleep improved a lot, however I have days in between where I just don't get a good night sleep even with the pill and have to take another pill which sometimes help. Otherwise I am fine with them.

My husband came home with a sample after one of his runs and I thought I'd try it as I do not always get a goodnights sleep. I do not take it every night, just occasionally. But when I do- man oh man- I sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go! No foggies- no drug hangovers. Try it- you will not be disappointed.

Although it does work, my suspicion is that the "proprietary ingredients" that it contains is the same drug that Benedryl contains. As with Benadryl, the warning label recommends use by pregnant or lactating women. Estrella PM claims to contain an "all natural herbal formula" as well as 1mg of Melatonin. Not sure why a pregnant or lactating woman can't take a natural herbal formula. A bottle of 30 costs $32.00 or $1.07 per capsule. A bottle of generic Benedryl at CVS sells for $.056 per capsule. That's a savings of $30.42 per 30 pills. Brand name Benedryl is about twice the cost of generic so is still a decent cost difference. So next time, I will buy generic Benedryl and some 1mg Melatonin and save some dough.

I have been using this product for a year and it really helps get a good night sleep. It was nice to get it eith free shipping through Prime.
