It promised hours of joy and excitement for my son, but instead delivered an absolute fiasco, resulting in a frustrated child and a disheartened parent.First and foremost, the assembly process was akin to solving a Rubik's cube blindfolded. The instructions were poorly translated and confusing, leaving us puzzled rather than enlightened. Despite our best efforts and the allocation of an entire afternoon, the finished product bore more resemblance to a pile of tangled wires than a race track.Even if you do somehow manage to assemble it, the product's performance is no better than its construction process. The electric cars, supposedly the stars of this grand show, fail to live up to any reasonable expectation. They stutter and jerk around the track, if they move at all. The cars are more inclined to quit halfway through a race than finish it, which led to more tears than cheers.The build quality of the set is a whole other story. I've seen better durability in a deck of cards. The track pieces are flimsy and easily broken, and the cars themselves aren't much sturdier. I had to console my son when one of the cars literally fell apart in his hands. It's like this product was designed as a practical joke, not a children's toy.As a parent, my primary concern is the happiness and wellbeing of my child. This product, unfortunately, contributed to neither. I purchased this set as a gift for my son's birthday, and it turned out to be the most disappointing present he received. Was a birthday gift for my son. He absolutely loves it. It was easy to put together and everything works like it should.

Easy to assemble, but one of the cars will NOT work on either side of the track. The other car works fine on both sides of the track. Other than that, it is very awesome! My grandson said he wanted this and I couldn’t wait to get it for him! I just wish both cars worked.

I see a lot of issues with its not working well which I had that experience at first, then I READ THE REVIEWS and realized I had the BRUSHES ON THE BOTTOM of the cars wrong.
