Erfect 13 FT Double Sliding Barn Door Sliding Track "J" Style Hardware Sets Coffee

Shipped promptly, I really liked the top roller “J” bracket verses the straight roller bracket, it looks better and seems to provide better support and function. Now for the negatives all the listings for these items on Amazon (double door) come with 2 top rails “Package Include:2x78.7"”, ISSUE is this item notes 13 foot of top rail but it comes in 4 sections of about 3 ft. 4 in. each…this really was a letdown for the doors I had had originally chosen to use. With 4 top rails you have to consider the weight it supports, that there will be a slight uneven spot where the roller will glide over. Also the install it is a lot easier to install / level 2 longer top rails than 4 short top rails. Instructions are poor and you should just go to you tube, as this was a double barn door setup. It was a good value, but would rather have paid mort for 2 78.7 inch top rails.

I bought these to span across 2 door openings. Instead of one set that length, they send 2 sets each for one door. There is a seam then in the middle so you can not roll the doors across center. The instructions leave much to be desired. There is one small circular piece of plastic that the instructions show to place at the top of the door. It is offset and hangs slightly over the edge of the doorfront (or at least that is what the picture looks like since there are no verbal instructions) No one can figure out what this piece does. We have not installed it to date. Mu doors are very heavy but I believe the brackets will hold. We did not use their installation system, instead we bolted them all the way through the header with a large washer and nut on the back. Also, the doors slide very close to the wall and I have had to remove everything on either side. The instructions say it will hang 7/8 inch away from the wall, but that didn't hold true.

I was really impressed with this set. I build multi-million dollar homes for a living, and clients have no budgets. But I built some barn doors for a lady who was on a tight budget. Im a welder by trade, but the time it wouldve taken me to build a set from scratch was ridiculous. I bought this set, it was even shipped two days earlier than expected. And it's heavy, like really heavy, which is great for heavy doors. Just beware that sometimes a stud does not fall behind one of the holes in the bar for the slide. You might have to get in the wall and put additional backing in to maintain the ridgidity and strength of the whole door set.

It worked nicely for my double door install. One of the j brackets wasn’t bent all the way. Nothing the impact gun couldn’t take care of. Just not the highest quality. I also purchased a different piece of steel because I didn’t like the multiple piece set up and the studs aren’t always 16”. You get a cleaner look buy getting a different piece of steel and drilling the holes and cutting it to a precise length for your project. I would use them again even though the quality isn’t a 5 star rating. They look good in the end.

When we opened our pruchase, the quality and cosmetic appeal was everything we had hoped for. Our doors turned out great and we finished our project well under our projected budget! Thanks Erfect!

Kit worked good. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it is actually two single door kits just packaged together and there is no way to join the top rails to each other. I had to weld mine but not everyone has that capability

The floor guides were missing from the package. Please advise. Otherwise a beautiful product!

Ordered for a 12 ft length, had to cut it down a foot but didn't have to do anything with the product, product worked great. Thanks a bunch
