Works perfectly
My only complaint is that the left hand rail ribbon cable has an unnecessary crease in it, the crease has to be unbent in order to install. I haven't had a rail fail due to the crease, but I still don't like it.

Saved my some $$
Bought a switch for a good deal locally but when I got home the joycons wouldn’t connect to the switch opened it up and found out the previous owner ripped both ribbon cables…These where easy to replace and now my joycons have no issue of connecting
