They were a hit, but not sure if made to last
The balloons were a hit for my daughter's bd party. The trick to getting the balloons filled for those that have reviewed it being difficult to fill, is to be sure to fill IN BETWEEN the 2, I repeat, 2 layers of blue colored plastic. It appears to only be 1 blue clear plastic but if you try separating them, you'll find that there's actually 2 layers of blue plastic, one being shorter than the other. Getting them separated may be a bit tricky but just slide or rub them to separate, as you would with those tricky produce plastic bags. Once you separate you can easily fill with helium. Yes, I did notice that of the 2 we had left after giving most all away, one didn't hold all the helium and it was deflating, but it did the just for the day of the party. I advise not to inflate until the day of the party. Hopefully the manufacturer will read this and improve the quality so it will stay inflated because if we are giving them away as a gift of party favor, we'd want them to last, that's for sure. I can confirm that the poop emoji does not float as my husband filled it and it didn't float (I didn't get a chance to tell him not to waste the helium on it after reading the other reviews).

Majority OK, but Quality Problems
Received all 14 balloons but two of them are defective. The poop emoji balloon was filled with helium but does not float it simply lays on the floor. The grinning emoji balloon I received was different, and I am okay with that HOWEVER the balloon does not have a helium value so it is useless as there is no way to inflate the sealed balloon.

I think these are an incredible value for the number of Emoji's that you receive. It used them for a party and everyone loved them. I had one balloon that would not blow up, but I still think that they deserve five stars for the value of them.

Disappointed
The balloons are very difficult to blow up, 5 out of 14 worked. The poop balloon didn't float, and lost it's helium within a half hour.

Don’t hold up very long
Some didn’t even float filled with helium others didn’t hold helium and the rest went flat in 12 hours. Quick shipping.
