Killer Instinct Fatal-X Crossbow Package. The Best Narrow Limb Crossbow for Hunting!

I was hopeful that the bad ratings on this crossbow were one offs but I was wrong. The string blew apart while my son was shooting at his first deer. The cross bow only had 25 shots through it. it did shoot 395 ft with the super light arrows that they included with a 100 grain field tip. It is a very accurate bow, but seems cheaply made. The cocking string is trash, it squeaks and squeals as you are cocking it. My suggestion is if you do end up buying this take it directly to an archery shop. Have them check the limbs, cams, and put a brand new high quality string on it. With as much tension that is on this bow you do not want to take the chance of it blowing apart.

I am absolutely in love with this crossbow! There have been limb issues with all crossbows. But I have yet to have any problems. It's quiet, accurate and a blast to shoot. I shot about 40 bolts through it with out a single hiccup. It sat next to me on opening day cocked for 6 hours, decocked for lunch and then cocked another 5 hours after lunch.

This has to be the worst quality bow in the world blew apart after 1st fire strings and came blew apart so I ordered another guess what same thing so shame on me I ordered a third on the same set up same thing on the first fire wow never again 3 crossbows same company same outcome save your money don’t buy it

Just a very sweet bow shoots great just had to put a better scope on it. Well starting on season 2 new strings and cables we will see how it dose going to put another set of cables and string on it about 150 shots is all you get

This had good reviews but cocked it for first arrow and the limb broke. No customer service from killer instinct so I returned it do not buy this

I like the crossbow but the scope SUX. Maybe I received a bad scope, but I could not dial it in for a sharp focus and the field of view seems very small. I have used cheaper scopes that were better. I have scopes on my other crossbow, a high powered rifle, two .22 cal. rifles, a pellet gun, and on a 12 ga. shotgun. BUT this scope is the ultimate worst. Again, crossbow was fine and shoots accurately although it was difficult to zero-in the scope due to the field of vision and the blurriness.
