Why does your info say 4.5L when the box said .5 gallon? That's a huge difference

Where did you place the unit? Since the mist floats downwards, I'm afraid it will ruin my nightstand.

Will this make the carpet wet? I've had humidifiers in the past that soaked the carpet and caused issues.
