Made in USSR soviet army Soldier canvas faux leather Belt with Green buckle

I have owned this belt for about three years now. I have owned many other belts ( dress belts, tactical belts, duty belts, etc.), but this one is, by far, the best. It is marvelously under engineered.It has no moving parts, complex adjusting system, or delicate material which requires constant care. It is composed of imitation leather, which doesn't need to be conditioned or greased, and a simple clasping metal buckle. It is easily adjustable and will fit any shape and size.It has been through mud, snow, and sand; and has shown no sign of wear. It also fits through most belt loops. I would recommend this piece of Soviet craftmanship to anyone with a torso.It's also good for reenactments and stuff too, but I wouldn't know.(The first picture is from 2022 and the second is from 2024)

Perfect fit, takes very little learning to adjust belt. I can fit my EDC small fixed blade and can hold up good amount of weight on it. Belt fits most of my holsters as well. Very happy with how fast it was sent out to me. Great quality belt for the best price

Great quality. Cool bit of history to hold my britches up. Might be made from the cold War Era but it keeps my rear from getting cold. 😉The method of tightening and action is a bit different from a common American belt available at any clothing department or store, but it's practical once you gone through the motions a few times.

The belt is real and is good quality.

This belt was not made in the USSR. It was made in the Republic of Belarus after the collapse of the USSR (1992). It means:Instead of a brass plate, cheap steel is used. As expected, impossible to polish, after 4 days of wearing paint around the edges of the plate and the star worn out.Instead of thick skin, dermantin is used here.Still a very high quality item. The most comfortable belt in my life.

I bought this to hold up my Makarov in its holster. On a standard belt, the Makarov with its holster, spare magazine and cleaning/disassembly tool are heavy and try to drag my pants down. This separate gun belt works well, and holds the classic Soviet arm at my side. I like that the belt is very adjustable to any size waist, without having to find the right hole in the belt or being between sizes. Overall A+.

Very nice belt in excellent condition. This belt actually has the extra length required to wear outside of clothing--pants, jacket and coat--that is required if used for your web system. Also, it was delivered very quickly.I've amended my review slightly because of my experience after purchasing a second belt from the same seller. The belt, itself, is just as good as the first but the sizes are different. The second belt is a good bit shorter and I messaged the seller about it, with no response back. So, I now assume that you must articulate your preference if the length of the belt is a concern for you. Since it only seems to make a difference if you're planning on using it to carry equipment--or even just a pistol--on the outside of a jacket or parka, you may wish to express that, if you want the extra length, at checkout. And, the longer length won't make a difference even if you don't wear it over an outer jacket.

Really nice the martial around the belt is a little awkward to get use to but other than that its nice
