I have nothing bad to say about it. Skin feels better. Like all aloe it will make your skin feel tight but a little lotion solves that problem.

I like that it creates like a protective film over the area applied. If on face, recommend it only at night because it doesn't sit well under make up, maybe a very light application over make up would work.

Whenever I have a sprain, strain or contusion, I apply quarter sized amount to the area daily.For more severe pain, I apply in the evening and apply moist heat for about 20 minutes to the area. If it is an ankle, wrist, foot, arm or shoulder, I apply syran wrap over the gelled area to trap in heat and moisture overnight.

It may take a couple of weeks for acne to go away, highly recommend this compared to other companies. You don’t need to use a lot either I use enough for a q-tip (or cotton balls) and spread it on the face
