First thought when I opened my package was that the umbrella doesn't seem high quality. The stitching looked sloppy and there were threads sticking out. The button to collapse the umbrella intrigued me but I found that once the umbrella collapses, it was difficult to pull back the top part and it takes longer compared to other umbrellas which could get frustrating later on. I have yet to test this in the rain. The material seems nice and frame seems sturdy so hopefully it will hold up well.UPDATE: I've used this several times in the rain and it works alright. However, retracting the umbrella is so difficult and actually annoying. I'm all wet from the rain by the time I finally retract the thing to put it in my car. And it definitely did not live up to its claim of being "stormproof." I used it out in pretty heavy wind and it turned inside out. Overall, very disappointed.
