Oumeijia USB 3.0 to VGA Multi Monitor External Video Card Adapter for Windows 7/8/10 Multiple Monitors (White)

The product arrived on time and appeared to be in good order when I opened it. Unfortunately, the device will not properly connect to my computer. The device specifications show that it is supposed to be compatible with my PC (Windows 10), but the device is continually having a "driver error" when connected through the USB port. I also find it odd that the device shows up as an external video camera in the device manager on my PC. I made sure my computer had all necessary updates, used trouble shooters, searched for updated driver software for the device, and uninstalled / reinstalled the device several times only to have the same result. Maybe I received a defective one, but the product does not work.
