Kids Konserve Insulated Lunch Sack + Sweat-Free Ice Pack + Food Cozy 2pk (OCEAN/OCEAN/OCEAN)

I purchased this lunch bag for my younger daughter (12) after having purchased another for my older daughter (16). I love the Kids Konserve products!My oldest daughter needed a lunch bag that was wouldn't "embarrass" her and it seemed like the only things available were designed for younger kids, or girly girls. We also had an issue with how we were going to fit a lunch bag in the ridiculously over-packed back pack she carries! The Kids Konserve Lunch sack fit the bill perfectly!Design: The size/shape of the lunch sack is perfect for fitting into a backpack (like my older daughter does) but also has an adjustable strap to carry serperately (as my younger daughter does). The exterior as well as the interior is easy to clean and has PLENTY of room for big lunches or for fitting a lunch and a snack. There is an open pocket on the interior that is perfect for the sweat-free ice pack (which I love), but also fits many other standard ice packs (as sometimes my kids forget to place their ice packs in the freezer the night before). It also has a velcro closure.Functionality: My favortie part of these lunch sacks is that they keep items COLD. I can feel the coldness inside often times when they bring it home at the end of the day! The sweat free ice packs are truly sweat free and work really well.Quality: I have had my oldest daughter's lunch sack for about 2 years and it is starting to show a tear on one of the top corners. Considering the abuse this bag receives, I am not disturbed by this. It still functions perfectly well!Bottom line: Yes, the bags are spendy, but for the durability, size, quality and ability to fit our needs I am very satisfied with my purchase(s) (Not to mention the lesson you can teach your kids about recycling!!)Also: This pack come with two "food cozies" - I LOVE these as well. I put everything from full-sized sandwhiches, to bagels to even leftover pizza in them! Then just wash them with soap and water at the end of the day, ready for the next day's use!! I feel great about not grabbing as many plastic baggies every morning :)
