This is a very high quality suitcase. Everything is well executed and the components are very good. The locks were of particular concern because many hard sided suitcases are using locks where the latch mechanism is some type of plastic. While the lock cover is plastic the internal working and the latch mechanism are all metal. The wheels are also excellent and appear very durable. Finely the handles are soft retracting, which means when you let-go they slowly and softly retract, kind of like a grab handle in a luxury car. BTW the suitcase is much better looking in the flesh than in the pictures.

Locks stopped working in less than a yearLock mechanism not in warranty and not easy to ship it to get it fixed stopped using it

3 Digit Locks are technology from the 90's. It takes only 15 minutes to find the combination out of the possible 999 combinations...We are in 2016 FPS !! Advise all manufacturers to introduce 4 Digit Locks !!The reason to purchase zipless luggages is: SECURITY . No pens can be used to open the zippers, which your product CLEARLY protects from; then you SABOTAGE your own product by making it insecure, because anyone can access a 3 digit lock in 15 minutes....
