I love my chair, it's exactly what I needed for my office. There was a slight issue, which customer service took care of immediately. Chair is comfy and sturdy, and pretty!

feels like sitting on steel beams. really bad. like legit. don't buy. not very strong. has no room for hips. yo! my hips should be rocking in that thing not hurting. what the hell/ putting together sucked. the instructions are bad. the leather is cheap. that metal is filmy. the plastic is really bad. The stuffing for the thing is this cheap brown foam that clearly doesn't work too well.I want a refund. this is horribleupdate: the glitter scraps the skin and still feels bad with 2 pillows. My thighs are like pillows. dude.... not cool.... $140 to not be comfy and to feel bad out it. ahhhhhhhh yeah I want a refund. is not good chair.update: They're making the refund prosses impossible. DON'T GET SCAMMED! The hand rest have the blots sticking up so you can feel them as you rest your arms on your gaming throne. they hide the blots with the common cheap Leather on most similar chairs. Like legit. what scummy person does that. covers blots the piece of cheap leather. wow....

I love this chair except for the fact that when I contacted the manufacturer about screw holes that the screws will not go into, so the seat is missing 2 screws and it wobbles and leans forward and if you lean in any direction, the seat will knock you off the chair. The manufacturer will not do anything to fix this issue (like send a new part with correct holes), they stated to me that I just needed to put the screws in, where they won’t go. So for this reason alone I would not recommend buying this chair.

This is a very nice chair. The seat isn't as wide as I would like but other than that it's awesome!

:UPDATE:So after another few months of thinking my chair just didn't sit properly I started messing with it again. Turns out there isn't anything wrong with it and my idiot brother & husband both failed epically 🤣🤣 once I tightened the crap outta the forward tilt knob it finally sits right.So I've had this chair for a few months now and it's honestly not the best. From day one it sat at a forward angle. I thought maybe that's how it was supposed to be but my friend who's job is literally assembling game chairs explained that it's not. Also because of the fact it doesn't sit correctly the arm rests are uneven as well. I know it's my bad for not reporting the issues before but as this is my first ever gaming chair I had no clue. So please if you buy this chair, make sure it sits how it's supposed to before your 30 days is up. Other than those issues I love my chair. I just wish it sat correctly
