Not recommended, it’s gritty and doesn’t mix well. Ends up settling at the bottom of the glass if sitting more than a minute. The flavor of the mushroom is so powerful that it just is not great at all. The only thing I love about it is that I don’t have an allergic reaction to the natural caffeine from the green tea, which tells me the amount of green tea in this is very minimal.

I've used this for almost a year. Always feel better when taking it. Easy to mix in juice or a smoothie.
