The picture is definitely better that the real object, but you pretty much get the idea. On mine the sewing is coming apart at the top, I don't think it will matter since its just hangs from a curtain rod/wood dowel. The material is like rice sack material and a nice texture.

Beautiful and classy
Wonderful texture and great organic dyes. Be aware that the yellow color of the moon in the photo is due to a yellow colored light behind the Noren. In fact, the color is more correctly understood as natural white ( = oyster white)

Nice Noren! Fits in a walkway without a door frame.. it is big enough! It fit perfectly!
It looks nice as well as fitting properly at the end of our hall from the entry way. Love it!

Beautiful and practical
The linen noren is elegant and matches my decor perfectly while letting in some important breezes. All breezes are important and very welcome in hot weather.A willow branch and some jute made a nice hanger for the noren, but you might want to get a dowel at the craft or hardware store (along with jute) to hang it.
