I just read a review about buyer beware relating to the the windows version installed. And I see gives it a one-star which I find very unhelpful for anyone interested in buying a PC computer. I'm aware of the situation myself after many years of still owning the same computer and it still running great. I'm fully aware of the software operating system on there but it does not bother me not one bit. I don't care. I find it very disruptive and very rude for the product itself because it's been very reliable and just because it wasn't verified doesn't mean it's not a great product the one star was not necessary and very unwarranted and that's my opinion after a person who owns this product to this date. I had my issues with the computer but they were issues I created. One was software and the other was power adapter. The ONLY real flaw is the SD card reader. But no one uses that. I know I don't. Easily overlooked.This computer is fast, quiet, and 4 years later I still use everyday. Probably one of my best purchases I made at the time.Has a lot packed into it for a cheap price compared to other computers with same attributes.

This company told me if I left anything under 4 star they would not warranty my computer I bought from them. On top of that the power cable on the supply that came with the computer was dangerous and not safe. It shorted internally and I had to replace with different one.

The shipping time from HK to eastern U.S. was phenomenal! Response to questions was concise and very quick. I am very pleased with the performance of this fanless i7 PC and it is working great for video and photo editing, and is amazingly faster than my old HP AMD Phenom 6 core. Boot time is ten seconds and processing videos is very good, except for onboard video graphics is not optimal, but I knew there would be limitations without a dedicated graphics card. I'm working around that and for the money, this is one of the best PC desktops available, regardless of size.

I am pleased with the hardware. The boot time on this machine is great. I have been running this a week now without any issues. I was concerned about a fanless i7. I set it up to show movies and process a benchmark at the same time to see how warm the computer will get. I was surprised it was just moderately warm to the touch after a few hours. Beware it will need an operating system loaded as the copy of Windows 10 that is loaded is "for testing purposes only." Your antivirus will catch and remove KMSAuto, which is an unlock tool for windows 10, not actually a virus. Once this happens windows will not show as registered. A good work around is to load windows 7 and use the code from an old decommissioned computer, Dell computers work great for this as their disks are plain windows disks.

Update - if you read far enough down in the description there is a note that the software is installed for testing and us not licensed. Very misleading, as the main description at the top has Win10 Pro in it. Again, buyer beware. You are getting hardware only, with a unlicensed copy of windows and a hack installed to make it show activated.The Device itself seems to be a decent machine. However the seller providing it (KingDel) is installed pirated software on the device, with a hacktool to bypass activation. Be warned, if you purchase this you will be buying and installing a new OS if you want it to be legal.The antivirus program installed found it on the first bootup.

ordered sept 22, received on sept 26th. Wow, that was fast, took the day off to set up and play....not joking here, this is wonderful and fast. Now wishing I had purchased the 256 gig ssd , but I will just upgrade it. Thanks Kingdel, nice micro pc.

It worked right out of the box. A default user was already created with a legitimate copy of Windows Pro. I reset it back to factory just because, which was quick and easy. I’m impressed with how small it is and the many features it has. 2 HDMI inputs plenty of USB ports and as quiet as can be, it can rival a regular size PC. I had it for a few weeks and loving it.

This box is the perfect little media computer. We turned our TV into a smart TV, well better than a smart TV really. My wife can stream whatever she wants to now and there is room to add another SSD if she ever decides that she needs to save movies to it. It has never stopped, stuttered, or had any issues. Also it came with a fully activated copy of Windows 10 pro. I would have given it four stars if it had a remote that could awaken it from sleep mode. That would have been a cool feature. Other than that, pair this with a Logitech mini wireless keyboard and you are all set.

Funciona bien, pero necesita reiniciarse "siempre" dos veces, y cada varios días hay que desconectarlo de la corriente y esperar un minuto, pues se bloquea en el inicio.El sistema operativo solo es para tres meses, después tienes que comprártelo.Yo no lo devuelto porque en ese momento lo necesitaba y cuando funciona es rápido, pequeño y funcional, lo recomendaría si no fuera por esos problemas.
