Nice, durable carbide edge. Wish carbide edge was longer and sharpening edge was reversible so it could be changed when it gets dull.

I got this Carbide sharper for dual reasons as most do I suppose. To sharpen and to use on a ½ x 6 inch ferrocerium rod also purchased at Amazon.
