Poor
Horrible. They hardly stretch if at all. Prompt delivery. Hard to find a good bungee. Go Heavy Duty or check your local hardware and try it out. Once out of packing off gassing is bad but expected with country of manufacture. I think a bungee in my limited knowledge should stretch at least a few more inches if not 2/3 it's length. No budge on these. Too hard to send back as packing is ruined and came in a manila padded mailer. Do not buy.

Not much stretch.
These are marginally useful as a bungee. They do not stretch enough at all. For instance, the 18" model starts out 19" tip to tip and can only be stretched to 25". Another inexpensive bungee that I already had starts out 18" tip to tip and ends up fully stretched at 31" - 2X the stretch.

Find something else
These are some of the worst bungee cords I've ever seen.The good ones my wife found probably stretch to double their length.These appear to stretch about 10-20%.

Not as sturdy as they looked like...
Update: a bit later than a week I noticed that only after having used them only twice, one of the medium size cords is starting to break up.This is the reason why I'm downgrading the review as I wasn't able to found a way to contact the seller.------Original reviewWorks as advertised! I am using them to attach a plastic basket to my bike rack and it's doing the job well. Only negative point is that the small white plastic tips tend to separate after normal usage. No other negative comment aside from that.

Very Handy Bungee Cords
I ordered two packages of these bungee cords. I also ordered vinyl tarps. I have begun to wrap my bbq grills for the winter, and the cords keep everything tight. You can join them together to fit anything you need to wrap. Thank you, RM

Bad Quality
Really bad quality. Cord is heavy and stiff with little very stretch. The ends are done haphazardly.

STINKY!!!
These smell so bad. They continue to off gas weeks after I purchased them. If you are using them indoors, beware!
