I can't leave a six star review so I am settling for five. My daughter found these and told me to try them and I ordered them just to pacify her. I have tried the mouth guards I have tried different sleeping patterns all sorts of things. The whole mouthguard breathing through a straw thing wasn't working out and it would be ridiculous that something this simple could possibly work.Oh my gosh... It worked. And they are 10 freaking dollars. Get these right now, They may not work for everybody but they absolutely worked for me and I hope more people discover them because if they stop making them I'm going to have to sleep on the couch for the next 20 years.Absolutely give them a try

Can’t say if it really stops or lessens snoring. Not a bother to use but you may wake up without it. May fall off during the night.

I guess I expected this to stop my husband snoring. Sadly he is still snoring loudly. This did not work as advertised. He needs a sleep apnea pack

Not sure how they work, but these worked for me. I'm not a heavy snorer but enough to bother my wife. These were cheap so figured I'd give them a shot. Work surprisingly well for me.Only negative, the first one I pulled out was missing a magnet so it was useless. Had to toss that one.

Who would’ve thought this would work! Huh. These magnetic nose rings actually work!! I no longer wake up with a sore/dry throat nor do I snore! The boyfriend is quiet, too. They are so small, there’s no getting use to something clinging in your nose. Try them!

I really wanted these to work. They did not, and they were a little painful. They kept falling out at night or they hurt so much that I removed them. Tried them for a month hoping I would get used to them.
