43mm Vented Metal Lens Hood Shade for Leica, Contax Zeiss, Voigtlander Lens

I have a Nikon S3 (35mm Rangefinder) and i've tried a couple lens hoods but none would fit the threading properly. This was the only one that fit the threading of my 50mm 1.4 nippon kogaku lens. Highly recommend it.

This looks identical to the vintage Walz lens hood I picked up for my 5cm f/1.4 lens used by the Nikon S series rangefinder cameras. It has the E43 threading (.5mm pitch) used on the lens filter mount. Newer filters and accessories use the ES (.75mm pitch) on the threads.

This 43mm hood is a perfect match for the Nikon 50mm f/1.4 lens used with my Nikon S series rangefinder cameras. The slotted hood doesn't block as much of the viewfinder image as does a standard hood.
