Growing up we were used drinking turmeric milk as its know for its health benefits - however I find this so much simpler.. Sri Sri Tatva is a brand I know I can trust -- they have the highest standards of purity, vegan and natural.I find taking 2 tablets a night so easy with warm water and lemon. I feel more energized in the mornings - when I wake up and its a fabulous natural immune booster. I feel the absorption is definitely more enhanced than some of the other Turmeric tablets I have tried.Love the addition of black pepper --

The arthritis foundation suggests taking about 500mg of turmeric three times a day. That means that this bottle would last only 20 days instead of two months. Even at 2 per day as the bottle suggests, it would only last a month. The two month supply isn’t accurate.On the other hand, this company has chosen to use a bottle that is appropriate for the size of the tablets verses using a really large bottle that is only half full. Kudos to them for that.These are tablets rather than capsules and a bit harder to get down but I have found that if I just drink something right after taking them, they go down easily.This product is from India.

I have been having inflammation/pain lately & this has replaced my Motrin, which I love. This natural anti-inflammatory works. I don't love to take pills but are easy to swallow. They are round & flat not to large. Not a capsule. I like it looks & smells like turmeric.

The media could not be loaded. I want to start by indicating that this is a decent supplement for what it is. The problem is, it's advertised as a 2 monthy supply. When most turmeric supplements are running between 1200 and 1600 mg per serving and this one is running 500, you'll have to triple your dosage to keep up. Keep that in mind.

I always struggled with getting my turmeric, and this product has made it so incredibly easy. Since I’ve been taking it, I’ve noticed a huge decrease from pain following my workouts. Definitely recommend!

Pills easily feel apart in container. Unfortunately couldn't keep going with them as they were hurting my stomach and making me dizzy

This works well to assist in pain relief and sore muscles, this works great to provide additional support with a over the couter pain reliever, I was able to take less of the over the counter stuff along with the tumeric, but didn't find it strong enough to take care of the pain and muscles by itself. I like to have the natural healing path and am glad I got it.
