1st thing you should do before you this is to check that it is compatible with your laptop model number.it feel nice and soft. it comes in 12 parts, top and bottom with easy access to ports (USB-C and Headphone).Before you put it on make sure you you know where the clips are and fit it, ensuring you hear the click (the clip is firmly attached to the laptop). To make sure Gove over the clips and push them in, They should about 1 or 2 mm above the laptop surface. This is to make you have a snug, secure fit.The leather is very soft and seems strong and will protect from scratches, the inside is soft and won't scratch the laptop.I used cheap ones and they crake after a while. This looks and feel strong. Time will tell.A bit on the expensive side but looks elegant.

Really liked the fit , it’s tight to get the clips in place but once on it’s good.

Apparently the M1 Air is about 1-2mm larger than the Intel Air on the base and cheaper cases that claim to be for a 2020 Air don’t actually fully clip in secure. This case fits perfect, clips on well, looks very professional and allows the screen to go beyond 90 degrees without fear of damage unlike cheaper cases. Time will tell how it holds up but very happy so far.

Received the item quickly which is always a plus. Ok: the item itself looks good and feels good and looks worth the £33 .. BUT it’s definitely not worth the amount they charge!The reason? The clips that fasten it to the MacBook are ridiculously small and offer no real grip and the top shell constantly un clips when you lift up the screen! The bottom section is no better and often “bulges” away from the laptop body.The case is probably worth £13 NOT £33!And I’ll probably send mine back as soon as I am able to.Don’t get me wrong regarding what you see in the advertising photos .. it definitely looks good in hand .. but doing it’s job? Absolute not.So if you are into good looks but not the safety protection practically then this is for you.

I found I had to buy a new cover for my MacBook when the one I was given for Christmas began to crack at the corner (thanks Amazon for refunding me!) and decided that the cheaper covers were a false economy. I chose this one after reading reviews for the Air and Pro. I noticed some people had problems with the bottom being marginally too big. I found some essential advice in that it is important to give the exact model number (found on the bottom of the MacBook. Armed with this advice I was able to get a perfect fit.I found the cover made my laptop slightly heavier than previous covers, but I quickly got used to this and it's worth it for the extra quality.It's almost three months later now and still no sign of cracks at the back corners as I found with cheaper cases. I like it so much I'm now buying one to give as a present.

This is really a hard shell with a leather type finish. Comes in two clip on parts, that fit very snugly - a touch fiddly to locate initially, but the overall finish and functionality is excellent. I would suggest is a bit pricey though. No marks for durability as no evidence yet. Overall happy with purchase.Follow up 6 months on: no wear, continues to function well. However difficult to remove as is so tight. Still a good buy.

I'm very impressed with this case, one review here said you should slide on the top and bottom pieces rather than snap them on. I did this and have zero issues.Fits my M1 MacBook Air perfectly and also looks great.
