Empire BrassU-YNN2000N Kitchen Deck Faucet,Brushed Nickel

Bought this product to replace the same factory installed faucet because I couldn’t buy just the pull down sprayer that was broken when I bought the trailer. I unscrewed the new sprayer and put it on the old sink (same exact as the factory installed sprayer) and it didn’t work! I’m not sure if someone returned this after swapping the sprayer but the new one was broken in the same place. It’s inexpensive and you get what you pay for but at very least it should be working? I think it’s just a bad design on the sprayer but I definitely wouldn’t recommend this product!!!

Replaced identical faucet in our travel trailer. Empire Brass wouldn't warranty the one we had, because it was original equipment in our trailer. Said I wasn't original buyer - the manufacturer of the trailer was. Such B.S.Anyways this replacement had much much lower flow than the original one.Found that they had changed the design and added a backflow preventer to the hose where it connects to the bottom of the faucet. It just unscrews from the end of the hose and the remaining end of the hose can be attached to the faucet minus the backflow preventer. Problem solved, lots of flow now.

EDIT!Sure easy to install but shortly after having it I pushed it to switch setting and it gets STUCK on that setting and won’t go back! So I have to push HARD and shut water on and off repeatedly to get it back. So I sadly don’t switch the setting at all any more! NOT WORTH THE $!!!!! BUYER BE WARNED!!! WALMART HAS BETTER QUALITY AND THATS SAYING SOMETHING!!*Easy install. Nice for a kitchen. Very happy.*

Faucet came looking like someone else had had it , supply stems were shorter than the faucet being replaced , quality not there . Now after 2 weeks the sprayer line is leaking internally . Have to take it back out and maybe even replace the faucet.Damn , Not Happy!

After 3 months of having this faucet it started to drip from the spout. Just a drip every five seconds but enough to annoy anyone. I emailed the Empire Brass company about getting a new one because it says on this page a 3 year warranty. They gave me a line of crap and dismissed this warranty. Unfortunately, Amazon took care of this issue and has sent me a new one that does not drip. Empire Brass should be ashamed of themselves.

Over all this faucet is great. I was able to install it by myself (my husband was impressed) I just wish the head clicked into the swing arm better I sometimes have an issue with it not staying clicked in. But it’s a major improvement over the one we had before where the head wasn’t removable.

Good product. Cheaply made like any RV product is but installs easy and works well. It does seem to have less pressure than the faucets I replaced. I tried to remove the aerator and remove the pressure reducer but could not. The hose does get "hung" up underneath sometimes as well.
