Versatile and Well Built
I've bought these in several different weights for my home gym and as gifts for friends into fitness. They are very well made and hold up well- even though my gym is outside in Arizona. They are also quite versatile - reverse curls, straight raises,torso twists and as shoulder weight when climbing grandstand steps.They will make a nice addition to your fitness regimen.

These are my go-to in my home gym.
I had been eyeing these for so long, hoping they would go on sale, and then they did. I keep a lot of home gym equipment around the house and my family gets mad when I buy things they think I won't use. So when these went on sale, I snapped them up and not only do I use them, so do my kids. I love that they are so easy to store -- under you bed, in a closet, whatever, and I use the lighter one with resistance bands, too. I can use them for stability exercises and strength training. If you're in doubt, get them anyway. They are the best addition to my home work out equipment in a long time. Very high quality, too.

Gym quality!
I used these body bars when I had a gym membership and absolutely loved them. To be able to have my own set at home to use whenever I want is perfect!

Great Alternative for lifting weights
Hands down the best exercise bar! I have issues with my back and this bar has helped tremendously. There are many weight limits to choose from. The best part is you can sit in a chair and easily create your own exercises without lifting over your head.

Feels so much heavier than 20 lb
This thing is SUPPOSE to be 20lbs. I swear it's more like 50. It is so incredibly heavy I don't know what is going on with the 20 lb labeling. The UPS driver said "careful, it's heavy and boy he wasn't lying! 20 lb?? I don't believe it.
