I have been taking the White Kidney Bean Capsules for almost 2 weeks now and after 2 days I have been steadily dropping .5-1 lb a day. A started out taking 1 capsule in the morning on an empty stomach. After 2 days of that I began taking 1-2 capsules 30 minutes before my biggest meal. I am and have been eating a fairly low carb diet but will sometimes indulge (taste) whatever food I cook for the kids......yes I am one of those that cook and taste along the way. Needless to say I am happy with these and they seem to be working great. I should also add that I am also taking DIM for hormone/estrogen balancing and vitamin D3. So far, no problems with this combination....just steady weight loss. I can only say that the taste and smell is very fishy (blech!!) but I’m so encouraged by the results I am seeing so far that I even passed up a chocolate chip cookie that I baked for the kids tonight!

I just received yesterday and started taking today. Already I've found the appetite suppressant working well for me all morning. I'm excited to try this after seeing all of the great reviews! The bottle was sealed really well and all of the ingredients listed are natural and healthy so it's nice to see them all in one product.

I've tried several Carb blockers now and this rates as a good product.. You need only one capsule instead of two like most carb blockers and the price is much more reasonable. The results so far are excellent. I've lost 12 pounds in 3 months eating a healthy diet , not starving myself. No, you can't expect to continue to eat all the carbs you want and lose weight NO pill is going to give you a miracle. You must eat healthy.

Decided to try these and see what they would do for me. After a couple of days, I felt better. Energy level is up, and I generally feel better. I have not experienced any weight loss yet, but it's only been a couple of days. The kidney bean extract will help with the fat and carb intake, and the other ingredients have definitely made a difference on my energy levels. Normally, by 1 or 2 pm, I'm kind of drained, but since I've been taking these, I have felt better. If you're looking for an energy booster, and to control your weight, try these and see if they will work for you and your metabolism. Price is right!

After over a month of using these I think they really do help reduce appetite. I take one in the morning and can go about my day without eating until about 6 pm without feeling hungry or too tired.I have lost about 10 pounds in the last month with this intermittent fasting. I only have one meal a day and have no problem rationing my portions, I fill my plate and don’t go for seconds, and it’s not a big deal at all. In fact I eat more because I have to instead of because I’m hungry. Of course I won’t be doing this for a long period of time and I also take vitamin, mineral and fiber supplements to stay relatively healthy through this drastic diet.

I have never written a review on any Amazon product that I've ordered, but I have to make a big exception here. This White Kidney Bean Extract product by Sotoomi is clearly FRAUDULENT and should be removed from Amazon's list of products. The company claims that each capsule contains 6000 mg of white kidney bean extract. They say that you should take one capsule per day as the usual dose. I weighed the capsules out on a gram scale and found out that with the capsule covering being included, you have to take 15 capsules in order to have 6000 mg of white kidney bean extract, not just 1 capsule like they say in their description and on the bottle! In addition, they say there's a total of 9050 mg ingredients in each capsule, so you would have to take approximately 24 capsules to have the amount of active ingredients that they claim is in one capsule and that's weighing it with the capsule coating! If I took the ingredients out of the capsules and weighed just the ingredients on a gram scale, I would have to take at least 30 capsules to reach the amount in weight of the ingredients that Sotoomi claims is in one capsule of their product! Please do not get fooled by this unscrupulous vendor. Do not buy this product! I hope that Amazon reads my complaint and removes this vendor and this product from their list of available health supplements

I love carbs so tried these to see if they were able to maintain my weight even when I crave for pastas and carbs. So far they've been working so am happy with the product.
