It glides on n feels like silk on my skin. Love the natural light wear, no heavy cakey feeling. It replaced my foundation n powders, it works n looks great. Definitely will not be going back to regular make up. Moisturizes all day, no touch up required. No oily appearance. Just love it. Almost 50 n the benefits are worth it. I get compliments on my skin by younger women all the time.

I have VERY oily skin. I have been on a years long hunt for the perfect mineral based facial sunscreen that doesn’t make me a greasy, shiny mess within 2 hours of application. I’ve tried everything from drug store cerave/neutrogena to Elta md to high end stuff like revision/skinceuticals/etc. and I’ve hated almost all of them.My facial SPF requirements:Doesn’t make me shinyAll acne safe ingredientsMineral basedAt least spf 30Prefer tintedMatte finishGoes well under makeupI currently use Paula’s choice resist spf 30 and it’s the best I’ve found so far but not perfect (leaves a pretty serious white cast on my medium skin tone) and it makes me a little shiny. (I use mattifying powder and primer with it and will still need to blot at least by lunch).So, if you’re still with me… here’s my assessment of “the good” re: solar MD spf… it’s mineral, it’s tinted (LOVE the tint), spf 30+, acne safe, matte finish, stays matte longer than the Paula’s choice. So—why isn’t it perfect?? The texture 😫 it feels so slimy, like it never really “sets” and is just always sliding around on your face, even with setting powder, the feeling remains. But the worst part of all is that it’s so gummy/slimy that when I apply my makeup over it… touch my brushes to my face and then back into my pressed powders—the powders start to get the hard crust on them that I realized was being caused by this spf. So I just couldn’t keep using it cuz it was ruining all my makeup. So I’d say I could only recommend for someone who doesn’t wear makeup regularly ☹️ So close…. The search continues….

If you want to wear sunscreen with just enough tint to cover up imperfections, this is the right product for you. It’s very light. It doesn’t feel oily like many sunscreens. I don’t go outside without it, anymore. I like that it looks natural, and covers up imperfections, just enough to where it doesn’t look like you’re wearing makeup. It just looks like your skin…but better. It’s also provided great minerals for your skin, at the same time. I have found my forever product!

I like this sunscreen. I have not had any allergic reaction. It works well with my moisturizer and primer. I have not used yet without makeup, so I don't know how it looks on bear skin. I cannot use chemical based SPF. I have used this brand a few years ago when it was sold at Sephora. I'm glad it is available on Amazon

Very high quality and elegant sunscreen for the face. This product does an excellent job matching my skin tone (bought the tone of medium and I have naturally tan skin). Texture is high quality - though different from most with a silicone feel. Product has the big three superstar ingredients to protect -ti-dox, zinc-ox, and iron oxides. Also has squalene, niaciminide, Vit-C, Vit-E and green tea. Expensive but is the only truly perfect tinted, light weight and elegant face screen I have found so far.Highly recommend.

It is an excellent sunscreen; you can choose the tone of your skin. It is lightweight. It is not greasy .I just love it !!

Love it, its not too dark so if I want a little more covering up I use it as a lotion but it feels really nice on my skin

Love everything about this sunscreen but it's not good for dry skin. Great for oily skin! The tint is good too.

I was originally looking for a mineral SPF of 50 for my face when I came across this product and read the reviews mainly in USA. I have oily skin and this Balm was excellent for that as it's a matt finish also light in texture with a colour tint to it that disappears on the skin with no white cast showing. This product is an all in one as described and can be used around the eyes with good benefits of anti-aging and antioxidants ingredients included. I will purchase again.

A really lovely matt finish. It feels soft and velvety when you apply it. Good colour match. I went for the darker shade and I am mixed race with dark tanned skin.
