My son loves this chair. Love the extras! Foot rest, massage feature, etc. The only feedback he has is that the cord for the massager gets caught up in the wheels.

The media could not be loaded.  With current events, I've had days in the week that are office days but those days we're working from home as an office.The days I have to work from home, I'm on my computer 8 hours in a day and my back has recently hurt more than usual because of the most uncomfortable computer chair I decided to buy because it was cheap and I never imagined I'd be on my computer for 8 hours!So I found this computer chair and 2 things excited me:1. I can extend my legs and almost lie back2. There were massage featuresSo I ordered it and had picked it up from FedEx.The box was sooooo heavy! When I opened the box I'm going to be honest, I was a little intimidated by all the pieces and worried I couldn't assemble it on me own. But I was surprised and proud of myself because it was easy to assemble. It came with all you needed so no screwdriver or drill is necessary.The massage part is a USB component but that's not a big deal to me. Once I plugged it in and pushed the button, my back felt like I was being massaged by one of those massage guns. It's amazing!My new chair is so comfortable, I can fall asleep.I recommend this and I shared some photos so you can see the process.Working from home won't be as stressful on my back anymore.

It’s an efficient comfortable chair and easy assembly. Pillows are very supportive for the neck and back. My only thing is that if you lean forward in it too much for example to pick something off the floor, it will tip forward and you’ll fall out the chair if you’re not careful. It tips forward for any little movement you do reaching forward.

The media could not be loaded.  Great chair all around. Easy to assemble, and extremely comfortable. If reclined you can easily fall asleep on this chair. The vinyl is well compacted and very tight. There aren’t empty spaced areas like other chairs. The quality of the material seems to be good quality. The massage pillow is a great addition. The pink color pops and is a nice bright shade. I would highly this chair 5/5

Overall it’s pretty comfortable. My only complaint is that the arm rest do not lock in their side to side movement. They will occasionally move when I don’t want them to. Although there were several parts it was easy to put together. Instructions were very straightforward. I’ll probably have to get a plastic mat. Overall thought, I’m pleased with my purchase. It’s still comfortable and supportive. Which is why I got it.

I got this chair a year ago when I started working from home. Like the other reviews, it does have a forward lean, which doesn't really bother me too much, and the footrest is way too short (but I didn't really need that anyway).My problem is that now I find myself randomly "shrinking" as the hydraulic seems to be giving out. Since I'm short, my chair stays at top height for me to be comfortable. A couple hours into the day now, and I feel like a toddler, reaching up to work and almost sitting on the floor.It looks nice and is fairly comfortable, but doesn't last very long.

I love the massager in the chair!!! I wish there was more cushion in the seat because when you do have to sit in it for so long because it does begin to become uncomfortable, but other than the seat cushion it has been a great chair!

I'm in love with this chair!! It's cute and functional!! The comfort level is great!! I haven't used the lumbar support massage part yet but should make it even better.It wasn't easy to put together however. It took awhile to put it together. Reading the instructions was complicated. Parts should be labeled, at least on the packaging. That would make it so much easier. Although once I figured everything out it went smoothly.
