I thought I had a real winner when this chopping mat arrived. I loved everything about it...the thickness, the flexibility ,it gripped the counter and didn't slide around when using it and it was really easy to clean hand wash it or just pop it in the dishwasher -I cleaned it both ways and after coming out of the dishwasher it held its shape-No curling etc.However after less than 2 weeks of use I noticed that there were slices all over it which now makes it harder to clean and is now a collecting point for bacteria etc. I cook a a lot and keep my knives really sharp- I thought this cutting mat was handling it but as you can see from the pictures it just doesn't.I was even being careful with it knowing that I keep my knives sharp- BUT my hubby and my son also use the kitchen LOL and I'm sure probably don't even think about going easy on the cutting mat and in my opinion we shouldn't have to.This chopping mat would be perfect if sharp knives didn't just cut right into it- I'm super bummed :( I hate to do it but I can only give this chopping mat 2 stars. -3 stars because of lack of any kind of durability for a cutting mat.Included a few pictures to show the cuts as well as some of the positive aspects of this item.

At first I worried that my knife would cut the board open, but it turned out the board was very thick and sturdy and worked its purpose very well. It is easy to clean and air it.

Picture shows three cutting boards should offer a color choice if its only one!

It's a little too thin which I didn't realize at the time of purchase and therefore very very flexible, or *too flimsy when storing vertically* but is EXCELLENT as a cutting board just as advertised. I chose Orange color because other colors might stain from cutting Carrots as it happened to my other one. We'll have to see how it stands up to my daily use.

My mom mentioned she wanted a cutting board she could roll up. I didn’t think it’s be that difficult to find, but boy was it! I was directly in search of something silicone-like & was shocked to mostly find the plastic ones (that suck). This was the ONLY silicone-type one I could find & it’s EXACTLY what I wanted & had searched for. My mom absolutely loves it!

Replaced existing boards - so tried this one and it works beuatifully.

Liked it so much I bought a second for the RV.
