Corningware French White Oblong Casserole, 3-Quart

A great casserole dish, perfect for macaroni and cheese but it's more than that for me. I intend to use it in the summer to load up the meat for the BBQ and use it to carry that out to the patio where it will be cooked. Then after a quick cleaning, reload it with the cooked meat and use it to serve up the steaks, hamburgers or shish kebobs or whatever we prepared. It is long enough and has the two built in handles on each end, making it easy to grip even with hot food in it. Fits the bill for me. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great size and the handles make it safe for carrying to the table

This is a very basic additional to my cookware. I had a chantal casserole that cracked when my husband added water to it. I've found corningware to be almost indestructible, so ordered this as a replacement. It is heavy, cooks evenly and cleans beautifully. I almost deducted 2-3 stars because of the absolutely stupid sticker that Corningware put on it. What are you thinking!! It probably took me an hour to scrub it off. It's still a great pan, love it. Prompt delivery, well packaged.

Sturdy, hard to break, versatile and you will never need to scrub them. My 40 year old set still looks brand new!
