My Labradoodle has had itching problems for quite some time. I have tried shampoos and topical sprays with no success. I give my other dog a different Zesty Paws to treat her “scooting” and have been happy with the results. When I saw this version for allergies I bought it in hopes it would work. Within the first week I could see improvement. She used to constantly rub against the stucco on the patio which got it dirty and wasn’t giving her the relief she needed. I just finished the first jar. It’s a little pricey but well worth the cost to have a happy dog. No more hot spots, itching, and red skin! I will be keeping her on a daily dose. By the way, she loves the bison flavor and thinks I’m giving her treats!

Helps with my dogs itching

My dog used to sneeze & scratch himself several times a day. He’s been taking these for a few weeks & no more sneezing, scratching is to a minimum compared to before. Would recommend.

This a wonderful product, but can’t seem to keep it in stock

This is the second product we have tried from Zesty Paw for our GSD. She loves the taste and it did seem to help with her allergies, but after taking it for a little over a week it started upsetting her stomach and making sick so we stop using it.

I wasn't paid and didn't get free stuff for this review.Our 12 year old lab mix had been suffering from allergies for years after moving to the Midwest. I am talking big red sores and rashes. It was awful to see him like this. We tried shampoos and prescribed meds. We had been giving him apoquel but apoquel, heart guard, nexgaurd.was just to much chemicals in our mind to be putting in him and the apoquel wasn't cutting it.I looked for a alternative and found these. After a few weeks we noticed the spots going away. After a month they were gone. No more itching and scratching.We have been giving him the zesty paws aller immune now for a year and the sores have not returned. These have really worked.On another note., We also give them to our little Bichon who also suffered from itching and she good to go now also.Another note. He did not like the peanut butter ones. Only the Salmon.

I normally purchase the salmon flavor for my dog but found a deal on the Bison flavored one and thought I would give it a try. Not only did Hunter dislike the flavor (he will eat it regardless), but after the first time I gave it to him, he had the absolute worst runs for 3-4 days! I stopped feeding him all supplements and only fed him chicken and rice until it cleared up. I re-introduced the bison bites 4-5 days later and the same issue reoccurred by late afternoon. So after having to deal with the mess for another 3-4 days, I stopped feeding him the bison bits altogether. Not sure if it was a bad batch, but will NEVER purchase this again!

I've seen a significant difference in my dog's scratching and sneezing. Unfortunately, my dog is not a fan of the taste of these. I end up crushing them over his food to get him to eat them. If my dog decides to tell me what flavor he would prefer, I'll be sure to let you know.
