The Greatest Adventure Stories from the Bible: The Miracles of Jesus VHS

This dvd is wonderful and timeless! The price is great for the quality of the product, too. This set is reminiscent of the videos I would watch as a kid on Saturday mornings. The "Miracles of Jesus" dvd is very biblically accurate (which is very important to me). The dvds are good because of the ability to convey what is written in the Bible in a way where the girls are able to engage the Bible and its truths. An adult could also watch and enjoy these stories. Don't let their being presented in animated form make you doubt the authenticity of the gospel. I look forward to the girls' being old enough to read the Bible. For now, the dvds are doing a terrific job!

My kids watched this show when they were little & loved the stories. I was happy to be able to show them to a new generation-my grandkids,who are ages 6-2. The dvds I ordered came quickly & were in mint condition.It's fun to see how enraptured my grandkids are with them-laughing at the Moki character,just like their mother did at that age haha.. Still a fun & entertaining way to share the Gospel. Jesus is seen as a caring,joyous person,someone you'd want to know. But His dignity is still intact. Well written, & interesting take on His miracles. They are seen as MIRACLES too-not just "well,maybes.."! Very clear & easy for the kids to understand,but adults won't be totally bored.

This is a wonderful dvd that recounts Bible stories from the New Testament.I showed it to my Kindergarten Sunday School students. They loved it.

Helped my kids understand more about Christ Jesus our Lord and savior. Praise God for all ya'll do for him and thank you.

I've been waiting a long time for this DVD series to appear .Its not available in the UK for some strange reason. A nice cartoon for all ages to learn about Jesus the Son of God and his love for humanity through his ministry on Earth. These days its difficult to find good Bible cartoons that are faithful to the scriptures , but this series seems to be the exception.There are 13 Hanna-Barbera Bible cartoons in this series called "The greatest Adventure-Stories from The Bible". All 13 titles are as follows ,Daniel And The Lions Den ,Joshua And The Battle Of Jericho ,Noah's Ark, Samson And Delilah ,The Nativity, Jonah , David And Goliath , Joseph And His Brothers , Moses , Queen Esther , The Creation , The Easter Story and The Miracles Of Jesus. Wonderful for car rides! My kids enjoyed watching each story.

I have to retract my 1st review I did of this....when the credits were at the beginning I really thought something was wrong with the disk. Looking at it the 2nd time around it was better than I thought. I wish there had been more familiar miracles than some of them that were shown, like the lepers,centurian, blind, etc. But I'll use these to teach other lessons.
